Today they have painted the inside of the roof and installed the roof plate in my civic. The current progress is very very fast. It’s actually looking like a car again. The roof is bonded in using high quality glue, as it’s not a structural part of the body anymore there is no need to spot weld it in. Some pictures of the progress:
