A few months back we started planning the final round of the time attack, as my own car is still in the building fase i needed a proper test driver to represent R-developments and the products we sell. The choice was made quickly, who else then Stefan Janssen. He’s a personal friend and a finalist in the Dunlop drivers challenge 2010. Furthermore he has a great Honda Civic to test the products on.

As we knew we had to improve the suspension for the Assen circuit we quickly turned to Henk en Niek @ Intrax racing. As we are developing a new setup for the Honda CRX, Civic and Integra together with them. They did a great job on improving the handling. We started out with an RSA kit, after we driven it for 2 weeks we went back to Intrax Racing with the feedback. Henk and Niek worked on the car for a few days and when we picked it up it was a completely different car. The handling had improved so much you wouldn’t believe it was the same car. The way it goes around corners is unbelievable furthermore the settings are supurb, you can change the setting from a smooth circuit like Assen to a bumpy one like the Nurburgring.
The Dampers mounted on the car:
This week a set of Advan A048 semi slicks will be mounted on the car. Furthermore we’ll install various Vholdr Camera’s in the car so we can post a few video’s of the car in action at the time attack assen.
