Today we did some more work on the R-developments demo car, around 09:30 Stefan and Kel (Ape garage) arrived at my house. After a drink we started work on the car, the goal was to install the engine today. Due to the detachable front the engine slotted in very quick:
As you can see you can literally roll the engine in on the jack, after putting the allen bolts in place the engine was in (took 15 minutes 
). With some modifications made to the rear mount everything was in place. After putting the engine in place we started work on the rear suspension. We installed the handbrakes, and the function 7 rear brace (bought @ Showoff imports the official Dutch distributer, R-developments has become dealer of function 7 as well.)
Furthermore we looked at how the dry sump and fuel lines are going to be routed and how we are going to install the seats / pedal box. More progress will follow soon! Special thanks to Ivo for arranging all the new bolts on such short notice!
