Today we visited Thomas in Belgium, he has a very nice integra track car unfortunatily it suffers from obesitas 
. A while ago Thomas contacted me for a set of custom lexan windows, this is the official start for the weight loss program. By losing the weight he aims to get a sub 1:50:00 lap @ Zolder circuit. As from today R-developments can offer window fitting in cooperation with Kel @ Ape garage. Starting from € 200,= (that includes materials).
We started by removing the windows, resulting in “the poor man’s airco”

Then it was time to fit the rear window, which is fully thermoformed by Plastics 4 Performance ensuring a OEM fitment:
After the rear window we started fitting the fully thermoformed rear quarters, please notice the black OEM borders:
Using our signature way to mount the front windows we managed to delete the complete electric window system resulting in a massive weight loss of +/- 25 Kg’s. The end result:
After we got the approval of the owner we talked about future modifications. There are a lot of nice modifications to come, resulting in an even lighter car.
