Recently we had an enquiry from Rutges Racing in Montfoort, he was looking for scratch resistant thermoformed lexan windows for his E92 M3. After a quick call to Paul and Andy @ Plastics 4 Performance they were delivered in record time as David had a trackday at Spa he wanted to drive preferably with the new windows in place as the old ones where a bit flappy due to being unformed and thinner. The quality as always was very nice, as an extra we installed Oem borders on the windows so they could be glued in place giving a better look then screwed / pop rivited ones. Some pictures in the pit lane @ Spa:
He had a great trackday as you can see in the pictures below, furthermore his feedback was great. The windows didn’t “open up” at high speeds. Furthermore he didn’t have trouble with bad visibility due to the sun reflecting in the scratched side windows. There is a nice thread of the buildup of the car on the Driving Fun forum: E92 circuit car buildup . Most of the work has been carried out by Musch Motorsport, Derk Musch made a great car as always. Through this way we want to thank David for the feedback and pictures and wish him a lot of Fast and safe trackdays with the M3!
