Musch Motorsport recently contacted us for a set of custom windows for their E92 M3 and E46 M3 cars after seeing the set in the Rutges racing M3. There was just one minor problem he needed the kits in less then 5 days. Because he had to race in the first race of the winter endurance cup (Zandvoort 500). After picking up the Flossmann doors to make a design for the front windows we got on with it. Together with Paul and Andy we managed to make the set over the weekend and ship it directly to Musch Motorsport so he had 2 days to spare before the race. The kit is fully thermoformed and consists of grey rear quarters and rear screen and hardcoated (scratch resistant) door windows. Furthermore it has the OEM borders so everything can be glued in like factory windows for a perfect fit.
Some pictures of the first race weekend are below. After the training on friday with a low 1:53 the car showed its potential. Together with Sandra van der Sloot Derek managed to get some good times in (note that the weather was very bad). Unfortunatily they had to retire after 76 laps due to a fuel tank failure.
