[SinglePic not found]2010 a succesfull year? YES!!! As most of you know R-developments became official in February of this year. It started out as a thing on the side / hobby but has quickly grown into “my second part / fulltime job”. Let me start off by thanking some people that helped me get there. First of all all the faithful customers and  race teams, without them setting up a business is impossible. My faithful suppliers; Paul, Lee and Andy @ Plastics 4 Performance, Ian @ Clockwise, Adriaan @ Team Dynamics, Matt @ Quaife, Claudette, Henk & Niek @ Intrax Racing, Jochem @ Hontec Motorsport, Ronald & Mels @ Showoff Imports, Mel & Allen @ Motordrive, Robbie @ Prografix, Kel @ Ape Garage, Ivo @ Albema Robema and Dixon @ DMS racing. These are the people that gave me the chance to get access to the best possible products and import these to the Dutch Market. My girlfriend Evelien for putting up with me spending all the hours on R-developments, My uncle, Jackey van Melis @ http://www.melisgs.nl for setting me up with a great website, My parents Arno & Marieke for their help with posting / Collecting packages and some financial help and last but not least the R-developments / Ape Garage (R-Ape) Time attack team for testing the products and promoting the brand @ the Time Attack.

When I started R-developments the goal was to get a complete package to supply the trackday enthusiasts. As consequently we believe a car needs to be balanced; its power, handling, reliability, feel, comfort. All need to be balanced together to provide an enjoyable driving experience. A successful circuit car is not always the most powerful one, but the one which has the best overall balance and is consistent. Power must be usable and reliable. A car’s setup should be easy to drive and enjoyable, not exhausting, for the driver. Parts need to be carefully chosen; any added or replaced part should not only improve performance, but also provide other benefits such as higher quality, improved strength and reliability, reduced weight, improved driving feel and synergy with the rest of the car. At the end of 2010 I believe we have partially achieved the goal, in 2011 we will try to expand the product range gradually. Starting off  I am proud to announce that our cooperation with Plastics 4 Performance will  further expand in the new year. Furthermore with bringing you the number 1 motorsport seat “Motordrive”, these where used by many big Rally drivers like Richard Burns, Colin Mcrae and Markko Martin.  We would like to wish everybody a Happy New Year and a succesfull and healthy 2011!
